To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always recieve top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.

For your convenience, drop-off appointments are available. This means that you can bring your pet at the time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for a couple of hours. Once the doctor is done, she will give you a call to go over your pet’s examination and/or diagnosis, as well as any discharge instructions and medications prescribed.

Estimates
We are happy to provide you with an estimate of any service performed. Please realize that it is sometimes difficult to anticipate an individual pet’s treatment needs. If the actual costs are greater than the estimate, we will notify you for authorization.

Our Fees
It is our policy that payment for professional services is made at the time they are performed. We make every effort to ensure that all fees are fair and reasonable. We accept CareCredit; you can either go to our Links section to fill out an application, or one of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you in determining if you will qualify for their services.

All dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
